It is not possible to cancel the order after confirmation.
We take great care to pack your order as safely as possible. Nearly 100% of our orders arrive quickly and intact. If, however, you have received an item that is damaged or your order is not delivered within six months, you have the choice of two options:
1: Return the item at your expense, or provide appropriate documentation, and we will refund the order (minus the shipping fees you paid), or
2: If we have available inventory, we will ship you a replacement item. If you choose this option and your order arrives damaged again, or not at all, we will not offer a refund or ship you another replacement item.
